-The May 25 finale of the OPRAH WINFREY SHOW drew a big time 16.4 million viewers.
I watched the final show, as you know, there were no guests, no giveaways, just
Oprah. I already went off about the final week, the final show etc.  This is what I can
say...it has now been 2 full weeks since her departure and I don't miss her at all.  Sorry
O...it was time.

-Last night another amazing award show!  The CMT AWARDS, were just so much fun.
Great host in Kid Rock, great performances, I think my favorite was probably Keith
Urban.  But for me the highlight was seeing Shania Twain back on a stage.  According
to her show on OWN, she still can't sing, but hopefully she will be back soon enough.  I
for one, can't wait.  Award highlights:
- VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Taylor Swift – “Mine”  (I wasn't happy...I am over her) -MALE VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Blake Shelton – “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking”  (I was happy, I am so NOT over
him) -FEMALE VIDEO OF THE YEAR Miranda Lambert – “The House That Built Me” (Best
song of the year, so all good here) -GROUP VIDEO OF THE YEAR Lady Antebellum –
“Hello World” (they bug me) -DUO VIDEO OF THE YEAR Sugarland – “Stuck Like Glue”
(love them and love this song, so I am good with this one) -USA WEEKEND
BREAKTHROUGH VIDEO OF THE YEAR The Band Perry – “If I Die Young”  (love this
song) -COLLABORATIVE VIDEO OF THE YEAR Justin Bieber feat. Rascal Flatts – “That
Should Be Me” (It's a good song, I am fine with it, and no, well maybe, I do have
Bieber fever) -CMT PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett –
“Margaritaville” (love them and have always loved the song) -BEST WEB VIDEO OF THE
YEAR (New for 2011) Blake Shelton – “Kiss My Country Ass” (If you haven't checked
this out online...you should) -VIDEO DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR Trey Fanjoy (award
eligible videos include: Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me” and Blake
Shelton’s “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking”) can't argue with this.

-I am kinda behind on TV viewership and I am exhausted, so I am keeping today's
report short and sweet.

-Thursday's trivia question: NBC coined the phrase MUST SEE TV for its Thursday night
lineups in the 80's, but there was also a strong MUST SEE TV lineup in the 90's.  Give
me 2 of the big MUST SEE TV programs from this time...if you can give me an entire
lineup, you will earn special honors.  Good Luck...this is a tough one.

WWTM-but at the moment, watched way too little-Kristy
