I'm not sure I've watched anything on WGN ever with the exception of the occasional Cubs game. Outsiders premiered on WGN last Tuesday night and 3.9 million people not only found the channel but watched the show. That number jumped up to 5.5 million viewers for the week. Anyone watch it?

THE SHOWS
Madam Secretary

Gotta say, as much as it was for a sad reason, I was happy to get out of world politics for a change and into Henry's family politics. Henry's Dad died suddenly. Secret Service road trip! The entire family headed to Pittsburgh for the funeral. Somewhere along the way, Henry picked up a pricey Canada Goose parka to keep him warm and toasty. Not sure about the furry hood though. Who would have thought that Henry's family hated Liz and called her Queen Elizabeth behind her back. Everyone assumed that Henry's Dad died of a heart attack but he had committed suicide because he was catfished out of all his money. He was apparently in such bad shape he let his insurance lapse so there was no dough for a casket. No worries, Elizabeth threw down her platinum card to help out because if she can solve Syria's problems in an hour she can definitely solve this one too. She used her connections to find the person that scammed her father-in-law and dun dun dahhhhh it was actually his old friend Stan. Kate Burton played one of Henry's sisters and I gotta give her a shout out. She is really a great actress. She's still doing her Scandal thing and of course she was also Meredith Gray's Mom on Gray's Anatomy. She's just SO good and she reallllllly resented Henry for leaving and rejecting his Dad. Henry fixed everything during his eulogy which got me and everyone in the church crying. There was some stuff with Nadine and Russell back at the State Department but I couldn't even follow it. For the record...2 sleeve moments and of course one Chinese food delivery. Can't have an episode of Madam Secretary without um.

The Good Wife
Finalllllllllllllly Alicia Florick loses it. FINALLY! I've been waiting and waiting for some sort of break and Sunday's episode was the Emmy winning scene Julianna Marguilles's agent's going to send into the Academy this year. Alicia went to Eli's office to have him tell her every word from Will's voicemail message and it just killed her. Knowing he would have done ANYTHING for her and that she could have had him and been loved the way she was meant to be loved. It just broke her heart into tiny pieces. She was so distraught that she did a load of laundry. Who knew she even had a washer and dryer in that place? Luka and Jason were there to pick up the pieces in one way or another. I love Alicia and Jason together. In between the breakdown, Alicia and Luka sued that horrible bond court judge and lost. They need money and they need office support so guess where I'm betting the end up in the next episode? Yep, Lockhart, Agos and Lee. It's not OFFICIAL yet, but that was this weeks cliffhanger until after the Superbowl. I'd say they'd be fools not to go back "home." I really hate to say this, but with the Kings out as showrunners, maybe it's time to wrap this series up. Everyone back together at the firm. Maybe Alicia and Jason move in together or we move 10 years into the future and see where everyone ends up. I don't know. I think it's time. What do you think?

THE OTHER STUFF

-Law & Order  SVU and Chicago Med both were both renewed for another season.

-So You Think You Can Dance has been renewed BUT when it comes back this Summer it will focus on kids 8-13 instead of adults.

-Bravo renewed Top Chef for another season. (I've never EVER seen one episode)

-Two big things to look forward to tonight: Chris Martin Carpool Karaoke and The People vs OJ Simpson. Please tell me you guys are in on OJ!

-Because everyone wants MORE football...next season CBS AND NBC will both air 5 Thursday night games. So overall there will be 10 games on Thursday's instead of 8.

Tuesday's Superbowl Trivia Question: Who was the only player to score 3 touchdowns in a Superbowl game twice?
