The Fosters
I hate to say this, but I thought I was over The Fosters last night. Everything seems so predictable. Where should I start?
1) Of course Steph blackmailed Robert so Callie could stay with them
2) Of course Lina found out
3) Of course Timothy got rehired
4) Of course Brandon's teacher got him another chance to audition for Idlewild
5) Of course he wants to bag the tour and go
6) Of course Connor was jerking Jude around
7) Of course Callie tried out for dance team because she felt bad and of course she stunk
8) Of course Mariana still put her on the team
9) Of course Callie told her the truth and then quit
10) Of course Brandon told Mariana that the Mom's didn't want to adopt Anna's baby
11) Of course the Mom's are adopting Anna's baby
12) Of course Anna threw the letter in the garbage right in front of Brandon
13) Of course Brandon read the letter
14) Of course Connor, Jude, Taylor and Daria had 1000 rolls of toiler paper and did a perfect TP job and nobody woke up during the decorating process even though none of them were whispering.
14) Of course Steph called everyone "Love" even when she seems annoyed with them
15) Of course Steph and Lina both said "excuse me"
With all of this predictability, the writers still kept me from deleting my Season Pass because someone got shot, and now there's a possibility that Lina will cheat on Steph with the new principal.

Better Call Saul
I don't know why I'm such a Debbie Downer with my reviews lately. Is it me or the shows? I feel bad saying anything negative about Better Call Saul and Vince Gilligan, but last nights episode, while revealing, was still slow and dark. Why does every scene seem to need extra light bulbs? Was there an energy crisis in Alburquerque or something? The darkness is making it tough for me to watch. It takes a reallllly long time for everything to happen. Okay, so we did find out that Mike was a dirty cop and his son wasn't and found out that he was and then was killed because of it all. Great insight, explains a lot but it was like pulling teeth to get there. Saul was hardly in last nights episode at all and honestly, we needed him. At least he talks and walks faster. I do like BCS but it's not an easy like. They're making me work hard.

-HBO announced yesterday that their stand alone subscription service, HBO Now launches in April, just in time for the Game of Thrones premiere. Apple got in on the deal too. For the first time, an HBO subscription will be made available directly to Apple customers through HBO Now. Upon launch, customers can subscribe using the app on their iPhone, IPad or IPod Touch or directly on Apple TV for instant access. Users can purchase HBO Now directly in-app for 14.99 a month. Game of Thrones is the most illegally downloaded/viewed show out there. Not sure the thieves would be willing to pay $14.99 when they're getting it for free.Are there that many people with a guilty conscience?
-AMC announced yesterday that there will be a Walking Dead companion series. Is that the new name for "spin-off?" The new show doesn't have a name but it has a 2 season order already. It will take place in LA and there will only be 6 one our episodes
-Hey Big Brother fans, I have no idea what Marriage Boot Camp is on WE but Jeff and Jordan are going to be on it and it starts this week, so I just may have to watch it.
-I wasn't a fan of most of Sam Simon's work, but I was a fan of him. He was amazing on The Howard Stern Show all these years and a huge animal activist. He died Sunday at the age of 59. RIP SS
