THE SHOWS
Chrisley Knows Best
I was out last night and only had time for some All Star Game and some Chrisley. Todd's still not working, not only does he not work, he seems to have money to hire private chefs to come in and help Julie with her food blog. The entire premise was a bit ridiculous. Since Season 1 we've known that everyone loves Julie's cooking. She even catered her friends party in one episode because she lovvvvvved her cooking so much. Julie set up a blog with all of her recipes but didn't get any "likes" so Todd got this super annoying professional chef who sounded like she was choking on her own phlegm to help her. The woman was nasty and insulting and showed her how to cook not how to blog. The whole thing was stupid and they never really finished the segment.  All we know is that she finally got a "like." I didn't see that USA put up the blog, so I hunted it down myself. Here's the link if any one's interested. http://www.thechrisleykitchen.com/#!recipes/ck4a While all that was going on, Savannah and Chase were in charge of watching Chloe who may only be 2 years old, but she's already got an attitude. Chloe's parents aren't in the show or the picture from what I can tell. Todd better straighten her up quickly. She needs a major time out.

THE OTHER STUFF

-Another super fun, super cool edition of Car Karaoke with James Corden and Rod Stewart. Seriously, I need an entire show of just Car Karaoke. If Jimmy can do it with Lip Sync Battle, James can do it with Car Karaoke. Maybe they should combine the two and have a Lip Sync Battle in an SUV while driving through LA. I can tell you that in the car version, there are NEVER microphone issues because there aren't any. I'm never pissed off when I watch Car Karaoke. Never.

-On Monday night, Jimmy Fallon returned to The Tonight Show. Of course we all know about his accident, but I had no idea how serious it was. It was nice to see him telling his story and being "real" for a moment. Of course once Paul Rudd came out he went right into his "your the best, we love ya pal, your the greatest" mode. Here's the clip. Check it out!

-As we all know, The Miss USA Pageant aired on Reelz Sunday night instead of NBC. Last year, the pageant was seen by 5.5 million people. This year, 2.5 million people were able to find Reelz on their cable systems and watch the show. That number reflects the premiere and the encore which immediately followed. I'm shocked 2.5 million people took the time to find the network and watch.

-Huge news out yesterday. HUGE! Esquire renewed Knife Fight and ABC Family renewed Stitchers.
