-Last night, XFACTOR was back and the contestants were all at their mentors “houses”…all over the world apparently…It figured that Hurricane Irene held Mariah Carey back from flying over to France to help Simon pick out shoes and work with the contestants…always drama with Mariah right?  How cute is Enrique Iglesias with his ripped jeans showing his underwear…I would think he had made enough money on HERO alone to afford a pair without holes in the butt…however I did enjoy the fact that he didn’t feel like spending the dough.  Is it me or does Nicole Scherzinger always look confused when people sing to her.  I thought that most of the performances were pretty good, I really liked THE ANSER even if I hate the cutesy spelling.  I didn’t like Nick Voss, I think he should get voted off.  Stacey Francis of course cried and was it me or did Enrique cry too?  I didn’t love the rapper kid, but I am not that into rap, so maybe it’s my problem and not his.  I thought Rhianna was a decent judge.  All in all a good show…But VAMPIRE DIARIES was GREAT.  Stefan as a bad guy is so much better than Stefan as the good guy.  Love all the characters coming back from the dead.  Glad Matt didn’t die too, we need at least one character that doesn’t have super powers…WHITNEY was really funny…she and Alex had a contest to prove that she is romantic…cut to the chase, she isn’t, which was actually kind of refreshing to see.  The thunder and lightning storm woke me up at 4, so like an idiot I watched the Lifetime breast cancer movie FIVE, which was 5 interweaving stories directed by 5 different celebrities, including Jennifer Anniston, Demi Moore and Alicia Keys.  I don’t think I have ever watched anything on Lifetime and now I know why…while this movie was good, it was just too much for me to take…especially at 4am.  I don’t know what I was thinking.

-I tried to get through FX and Ryan Murphy’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY last night, but as expected…it FREAKED ME OUT!  I don’t like horror, I don’t like being scared and I especially don’t like any funky stuff going on in my house.  I find myself wanting to scream at the people, “JUST LEAVE THE HOUSE”.  The only good that came out of me watching this show was seeing Dylan McDermott’s naked butt and while that was very enjoyable, the scariness of the show overpowered the naked butt joy and CLICK…DONE…DELETE…not for me at all.

-Here is who has signed on to CELEBRITY APPRENTICE so far: Cheryl Tiegs, Marco Andretti, Debbie “Out of the Blue” Gibson, Clay “Invisible” Aiken (what’s more upsetting, that I know a Debbie Gibson or Clay Aiken song), Teresa Giudice and Victoria Gotti.  Let’s see if Teresa thinks Victoria Gotti is 100% Italian or not…the possibility of that catfight alone is worth tuning in.

-For any Howard Stern fans out there, set your DVR’s for LETTERMAN tonight as Artie Lange will be making his first return to TV since he tried to kill himself nearly a year ago.  Apparently Artie has signed a deal to do a sports radio show with fellow comedienne, Nick DiPaolo I guess we will find out more tonight.

-The Huffington Post issued a correction on the Bethenny Frankel story saying that their reporter misread the 8.1 million figure in the financial documents…the number actually referred to how much Skinny Girl gave to good will, not the purchase price.  They “regret the error”.  I can breathe a bit of a sigh of relief knowing that Bethenny isn’t the liar they are making her out to be now.  While the real figure wasn’t released due to a non-disclosure agreement, Bethenny says she will pay more than 8.1 million in taxes alone.  Okay now that’s cleared up, we still need to know about the supposed fake boating drama which I am guessing will be explained on her show when it is back on the air.

-For a while now, the TV industry has been whining about online viewing measurement, but now that Nielsen is able to measure C3 ratings online, the whining SHOULD stop right?  Very strange then that out of all of the networks, only Turner has jumped on the bandwagon and let the measuring begin.  Look, we all have a love/hate relationship with Nielsen, but at the moment it’s our currency, so if we use it, with all of its faults for everything else, no reason we shouldn’t at least check it out for online viewing as well, then we can have one consolidated Nielsen bitch session instead of a whole bunch of different ones.  What’s everyone so afraid of?  Oh…forget that…I know the answer.

-As of yesterday, WWTM has 202 readers…THANK YOU to everyone for helping me get over the 200 mark.  For those of you that know me, you know that the bar just gets raised again…so with the INVITE A FRIEND contest still in full swing until 12/31/11, let’s see how many readers we can get to by then.  Keep um coming!  (Remember there is a prize!)

WWTM Weekend Movie Pick: KICK-ASS  A high school kid that loves comic books, decides to transform himself into a crime fighter.  Nicholas Cage is the only person you’ll recognize in the movie. It’s good…I swear

Friday’s Seinfeld Trivia Question: What is the name of the diner the gang eats at?  This question leads into next week’s theme…Hangouts/Bars & Restaurants
