The answer to the final Friday Seinfeld Trivia Question was Monks Diner. This was the name of the restaurant the where Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer hung out. No it wasn’t called RESTAURANT or TOM’S (That is the real name) It was Monks.

-Over the weekend I caught up on, 4 ROSIE O’DONNELS, GENE SIMMONS FAMILY JEWELS, the ESPN movie, THE DOTTED LINE, PAN AM, HAPPY ENDINGS, HART OF DIXIE, THE OFFICE and finished season 1 of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT. Did you guys “Treat Yo Self” to this week’s PARKS & RECREATION? If you did then you just got that catch phrase reference…if you didn’t…you really need to start watching it.
-I have to admit that seeing Artie Lange on LETTERMAN on Friday night was really weird. I think he did well, he looked okay, still sloppy though, and definitely could have shaved for his big return to TV. There must have been some sort or an arrangement because Dave didn’t mention Howard Stern or the show at all. He didn’t really ask Artie about the suicide attempt either. Artie’s hands were very shaky, but I think it was a decent appearance all things considered.
-Last night’s X FACTOR was really good, the rest of the contestants performed and we will find out tomorrow who the final 16 will be. It is going to be a nail biter though…I can tell. While I was enjoying all of the performances, my obsessions in no particular order were…Simon’s feet, since not only does he apparently prefer not to wear shoes, he also puts his feet on the couch so they are in every shot…the fact that Steve Jones kept saying MARY – LAND instead of Maryland, that Malibu house where Nicole and Enrique were and of course the cuteness of Enrique Iglesias.
-On a sad note, my husband was watching the Las Vegas IRL race yesterday where 33 year old driver Dan Wheldon, who won the prestigious Indy 500, was killed. We Tivo’ed the race so we were able to watch the crash a million times. It was truly one of the worst crashes I have ever seen. There was no way Dan could have survived but it is really amazing that nobody else died. I don’t remember a race ever being cancelled or a 5 lap tribute, but I thought it was the right thing to do given the circumstances.
-The last thing I watched before I went to bed was the first part of the vicious, uncomfortable and bizarre REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY reunion special. I really think that something is wrong with Teresa Giudice to be in such a delusional state at all times. Caroline Manzo looked so furious the entire time she was there and apparently it was during the filming of season 4 that Jacqueline and Teresa had something so bad happen that Jacqueline would not appear on the reunion special. As uncomfortable and vicious as it was, I can’t wait for part 2. I also can’t wait to watch the WATCH WHAT HAPPENS LIVE with Jay Mohr from last night. Even my love for Jay couldn’t keep me awake after such a busy weekend.
-I didn’t really care that much about Microsoft finally acquiring Skype for 8.5 billion dollars, but I do think that what is going to change things up a bit is the ability to Skype through Xbox Live. Now all these gamers with headsets will not just be able to talk to their teammates and opponents all over the world, but they will also be able to see them too…not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing but definitely a game changer.
-I am pretty obsessed these days with SOCIAL TV. Nielsen did some research recently that I felt the need to share, but it is way too much to put in this email all in one day. So for the rest of the week, I will share one chart per day. Here is the first one that breaks down who participates in Social TV other than me:

-ABC gave full season orders to SUBURGATORY (hopefully the additional episodes will find Jeremy Sisto with his shirt off more often), HAPPY ENDINGS, and REVENGE but they did cancel CHARLIE’S ANGELS, so now Minka Kelly can go meet up with Derek Jeter and work out whatever their issues were and get back to together in time for the 2012 baseball season.
-TNT cancelled MEMPHIS BEAT, the Jason Lee drama that I didn’t watch and apparently neither did anyone else…
-Monday’s Trivia Question: Remember the theme for the week is hangouts…what is the name of the pub where Jack Tripper, Chrissy and Janet and even the Ropers hung out?
