Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
The girls were still in Amsterdam, still fighting, still shopping, still acting like lunatics. Kim and Kyle both shed way too many tears. Yolanda wasn't feeling great. The Lymes Disease was getting her down. Kyle and Ilene went to see some Rembrandt's and the rest of the girls went shopping for clothes and sex toys. One minute Lisa V and Brandi hate each other, the next they're shopping together. One minute Lisa Rinna was NEVER going to speak to Kim again and the next they're having fun looking at vibrators. These women are insane. After much drama the girls all sat down to dinner and played the lets-say-nice-things-about-each-other game. I didn't believe most of it. Actually, I didn't believe any of it. What I do believe….that Brandi is out of her mind. Who slaps another woman's face? This isn't the first time she's done something like this. What's wrong with her. No way Andy's renewing her contract. No way.
Kobe Bryant's Muse
Whether you're a Kobe fan or not the Kobe documentary on Showtime is really pretty interesting. There's two stories going on at the same time. Kobe's past and Kobe's present. His Dad, his wife, his kids, his path to the Lakers and his journey to comeback stronger than ever at the age of 36. I don't know why I chose this over House of Cards episode 9 or Kimmy Schmidtt episode 4 but I did and I enjoyed it.

THE OTHER STUFF
-Congrats to CSI. I love a show that has a goal and sets out to achieve it. CSI broke the Guiness Book of World records last week for Largest TV Drama Simulcast. I guess Dr. Who will have to try to regain the title at some point. One question…anyone care?
-If you're a FiOS home no Weather Channel for you at the moment. Verizon pulled the network from their lineup after negotiations ended yesterday. It's supposed to be 60 degrees here in the Tri-State area. I'd be happy to let you know more if you need some weather advice and can't get it on your phone or by looking out the window.
-I don't usually type about news, because I don't watch any of it but I just find this whole Brian Williams thing so interesting that I feel the need to share, plus, it's a slow TV news day. Brian's been home about a month now catching up on House of Cards and True Detective and guess what? Lester Holt's doing pretty well. The Nightly News with Lester has drawn 9.7 million total viewers, 2.4 million of them A25-54. Which means NBC's still winning the news race. Not great news for Brian, huh?
-These days, it's just as important to have talent as it is to have a Facebook,Twitter and Instagram followers. Having big social media numbers helps generate buzz, affects ticket sales, and TV tune in.
