Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is the new MUST SEE show...you gotta watch.

The answer to Thursday's Trivia Question:  While "The Contest" winner was never officially announced the implications as to the order in which the Seinfeld cast went out is as follows: Kramer, Elaine, Jerry & George and this is what I based the answers on BUT any true Seinfeld fan (and there are a bunch of you) will remember that in the series finale, George admitted that he cheated. For those of you that knew that...5 bonus points.

Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee
http://www.comediansincarsgettingcoffee.com/gad-elmaleh-no-lipsticks-for-nuns
Okay, so you've never heard of Gad Elmaleh, the French comedian that Jerry drove around with this week on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. It doesn't matter that you don't know Gad, it's still a great episode. Gad's the French Jerry Seinfeld who happens to look a LOT like Aidan Quinn. In this episode, Gad and Jerry do a whole lot more than drink coffee, they get French Fries, wear scarves, eat baguettes, get Baked by Melissa cupcakes and make us laugh. Their bits about blowing people off and looking at the bill when it comes to the table are hilarious. Make sure to watch the ENTIRE THING if you want the answer to the SUPER DUPER and the SUPER DUPER ULTRA BONUS trivia questions today! I love this show, it's the first weekly show on the Internet that's truly become appointment viewing for me. I love that it's my new MUST SEE TV...well sort of...I guess it's MUST SEE VIDEO right? (Coincidentally it's on a Thursday too!)  I love it. Great job Jerry!  First, Howard and now this great episode...I'm all about you this week!

The Out List
Another great HBO documentary aired last night. The Out List is only an hour long and features a bunch of famous Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender folks and their powerful stories. Neil Patrick Harris, Suze Orman, Ellen and Cynthia Nixon are just a few people sharing their thoughts about being gay in today's America. This one's pretty short, only an hour but powerful nonetheless, especially given the marriage equality news this week.

Watch What Happens Live
If you're a regular Watch What Happens Live viewer, you saw, live, when Andy Cohen found out that Cher's appearance was confirmed. Andy has been preparing and freaking out all week. Last night was the big night and I don't  EVER remember seeing Andy so nervous or so SWEATY!  You could have showered underneath Andy's upper lip. GROSS, but sweet at the same time.  I don't even think Cher noticed...well, maybe she did. Cher was amazing. Her outfit was great, she was relatively honest about everything and instead of "Pleading the Fifth", Andy made her play "Truth or Cher" Did we learn anything surprising? We learned that Tom Cruise is in Cher's Top 5 Lover List but that was when he wasn't a Scientologist. We learned that Cher is a huge CNN/MSNBC viewer, loves the Long Island Medium, watches old movies and has a boyfriend at the moment.  It was a great show, Andy did a great job and I'm pretty sure Cher had fun. If you tuned in to the after show, you saw the silver fox, Anderson Cooper, show up to pay tribute to Cher and I'm guessing, to keep Andy Cohen calm.

News & Information:

-Apparently NBC and the Hannibal producers are trying to get David Bowie to appear as Hannibal's uncle in season two of the show. David Bowie released an album this year and didn't tour, didn't make any appearances, didn't do any press...nothing.  If Bowie does Hannibal,  I'll be shocked and sort of annoyed about it too. I would think the music would come first, but who knows? Bowie is 66 years old and maybe he just can't party like a rock star anymore. Maybe he's just sitting home with Iman chillin?  Whatever, I'd like to see him or hear from him and get the scoop, so I hope he shows up somewhere soon...I don't even know what he looks like right now. Has anyone seen Bowie anywhere?

-Johnny Depp's getting out and promoting his new film, The Lone Ranger. We all know JD is an interesting guy, so I guess it makes sense to me that it makes no sense at all for him to be promoting it on CBS This Morning this coming Sunday. I mean is connecting with the grandparent market the way to go for this film? Cause that's who'll be watching on Sunday morning while they are eating their bagels and lox...grandma and grandpa.  Take my advice if you want the movie to open big,  go on Howard or Andy or pick a Jimmy.  You can't go wrong with either one of um, but then again, The Lone Ranger will be big regardless of where Johnny promotes it, so maybe grandparents are the way to go...new market.

-Anyone out there have the Ovation network? I don't. At least I don't think I do, but if you do, you'll be able to check out Smash since they just picked up the rights to the show.  Too bad they didn't save the show from cancellation, that might have actually brought the network some viewers.

-ESPY Nominees were announced yesterday. Here are the two big categories:
Best Male Athlete: Miguel Cabrera, LeBron James, Michael Phelps & Adrian Peterson. LeBron's gotta win that one...no brainer.
Best Female Athlete: Gabby Douglas, Missy Franklin, Brittney Griner & Serena Williams.
I'm going with Serena.
Here's the link to go vote: http://espn.go.com/espys/2013/ before the show airs on July 17th.

-Brian Austin Green will be joining Anger Management as a series regular. Isn't it amazing that out of all of the original BH90210'ers, Brian Austin Green seems to be the most successful? He's really the only one who continues to get jobs, big ones that is.  I love BAG, but I am a HUGE Jason Priestly fan and just can't understand why he isn't as successful as BAG.

Don't forget to submit your WWTMMY Best Actor in a Drama nominees before Monday when we switch nominees.  I have a lot of great nominees so far, but want more...so SEND THEM IN!

Friday's REALLY EASY Trivia Question: With Cher's appearance on last night's Watch What Happens Live I feel the need to ask a Cher question and since SO many of you are complaining that my questions are too hard now, here's a softball...Name both of Cher's kids and their Dads. Worth a total of 4 points.

Friday's SUPER DUPER BONUS (10 Points) Trivia Question: Name the young actor in the Honda commercial featured in this weeks Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Friday's SUPER DUPER ULTRA BONUS QUESTION (15 Points) Name the 1976 TV movie this actor starred in and his female co-star.

Have a great weekend!
