Last night was Back to School night so I didn't get home until late, didn't watch anything at all  and have nothing juicy or witty or anything to write about. Hey, they can't all be winners right?

Sunday night is my Superbowl...EMMY NIGHT.  I'm really excited, but with the second to last episode of Breaking Bad on at the same time, I'm a wreck as to what to do. I'm pretty sure I have a plan and a way to watch both, so wish me luck. If I can manage...I'll also be on Facebook commenting along the way, but don't hold me to it.  I usually order Sushi for dinner on Emmy night and eat it during the red carpet coverage so that I don't have to leave my couch once the show begins.  Hopefully I'll see you on Facebook with me...enjoy the show!

NEWS & INFORMATION:

-When Nielsen makes its announcement next week that they will start to count mobile viewing in TV ratings and that they are launch a real Twitter Rating there won't be anyone happier than me. It's been a long time coming, we all need it and one I personally welcome. Can't believe I'm typing this because it's probably the first time I've ever done it but...yeah Nielsen!

-More good news from Nielsen, well for us advertisers anyway.  All of those people that are Tweeting during their favorite TV shows are actually doing it during the show rather than the ads. 70% are Tweeting during the show itself and while 30% are doing it during the commercials, it's still better than if those numbers were reversed. So...I'll take it Nielsen. I'm not going to say anything bad about you today.

-Congrats to Seth Meyers, he's really on a roll lately. He's taking my FBFF's spot in late night and his animated series on Hulu, The Awesomes, has been renewed for a second season. I don't watch any animation, so I have no clue if the show is actually awesome, but I have heard good things about it. I just won't watch it.

-So much for critically acclaimed series Copper, BBC America cancelled it after just two seasons. Again, I've never seen this one, it never interested me, but the critics LOVED it, unfortunately that wasn't enough...sorry critics.

-Survivor was down 19% to an all time premiere low for a Wednesday night. This is bumming me out big time. It still won its time period and was number one for the night but if you guys don't watch and Les and Julie are in a bad mood one night because their sushi didn't arrive before 9pm. They could decide to cancel it, which would really really upset me big time. So...watch it...it's REALLY good this season!

-I did download the update to IOS7 on my Iphone yesterday. I don't love it, but I had just gotten used to my IOS6 or whatever version I had before, so maybe it's me. Anyway, with that update came a ton of App updates too. My Facebook is a  bit different and a few others, but the cool thing is that the NBC App now allows me to watch full episodes on my phone. So when I'm at my doctors appointment in a couple of hours, I can probably watch something on there while I wait...or try to get passed level 147 of Candy Crush which I've been stuck on for a MONTH! (It's KILLING ME).

-Oxygen released its TV Now app.  Yeah Oxygen!

Friday's Trivia Question: Name the Best Comedy and Best Drama winners from 5 years ago, 2008. The comedy aired on NBC and the Drama aired on AMC.

Have a great weekend!
