Revenge
Amazing to me that Sarah, Daniel's ex came back what like 2 episodes ago and he's already over Emily and obsessed Sarah. Those old feelings just came rushing back. Daniel bugs the crap out of me. Conrad took him to the secret NYC apartment where all of the Grayson's cheat on their wives and Daniel attempted to take the high road and told Conrad he's not going to cheat on his wife but by the end of the episode, he had put that key to use.  Best part was that all these years the Grayson men thought that the wives didn't know about the place, but apparently Anderson the butler's double dipping and telling the wives everything. How hilarious was Emily's co-ed bridal shower? Of course Victoria hired Sarah to work the party and then a cute "this is your life" game. Daniel's big surprise was his lacrosse buddy, but Emily's big surprise, dun dun dunnnnn, her ex-husband! Of course it was a fake marriage of convenience and Rohan was one of Takeda's trainees. Man that Takeda sure made big business out of teaching revenge. Who knew there was such a market for it? Two big cliffhangers though...Lydia's back from the dead/missing and Emily's fake pregnant! That'll hopefully keep Daniel in line, at least til the wedding right?

Betrayal
It's happening, I'm starting to lose interest. I said it would happen and it's happening. Now that everyone's upset, Jack's kids aren't speaking to him, Oliver's stealing school supplies, and Jack and Sarah are actually SLEEPING together.  The prostitute that was helping TJ is dead, her kids an orphan and Drew's still obsessed with taking down Thatcher and the Carston's. They added in a stupid story this week where a reporter asked Sarah to go with him to take photos of people being ripped out of homes. For some reason, Sarah's mega camera lenses were a problem and she had to step over the police tape and get in everyone's faces. Pretty sure with the lenses she had, she could have taken the same photos from 50 feet away. Of course they got arrested and of course Jack bailed her out and of course Drew heard all about at the office. In this episode we got to know a bit more about Thatcher's past via some flashbacks. Didn't the actor that played young James Cromwell look EXACTLY like him? OMG that was weird. Apparently Thatcher started killing people early in life, but big secret. He had a kid with his first love, an African American singer named Suzanne Dumond. She dumped him after she saw him kill a guy that was attacking her.  Like I said...it's all fun and games til somebody gets hurt and now EVERYONE's hurt and the fun's over.

Homeland
A pretty good episode, but now I have tons of questions don't you? Saul's back with his wife so she broke up with the boyfriend but he's not who we thought he was. Who is he? Carrie sent a text that said "Red Wheel Barrow" what was that referring to? Is Saul a good guy or a bad guy? I'm SO not sure from minute to minute. I can't believe Quinn shot Carrie, so much for slowing down and taking it easy. What, does everyone now use the Walter White method of body disposal? How many motel cleaning ladies stumble onto a dead body in the bathtub in a given day? You'd think we would hear about that type of thing happening a lot with the amount of times we see it on TV shows, no? Saul paid 10 million bucks for Brody? Are those my tax dollars at work?

Killing Kennedy
I finally watched Rob Lowe in the Nat Geo movie, Killing Kennedy. Rob was, of course, amazing as JFK. He didn't have as big of a role in the movie as you'd think though, which was a bit disappointing. He had JFK's look, hair, walk and voice down perfectly.  The movie focused on Oswald really. I didn't know much about him. I was never that into the Kennedy  assassination thing.  I didn't know that Oswald lived in Russia. Maybe I knew he married a Russian woman, but I definitely didn't know he had a kid with her. It was so bizarre seeing how the Secret Service prepared for that day in Dallas with paper models of the buildings and little fake cars. I had no idea that they knew going in what a bad idea the topless motorcade was. I didn't realize why the prez was down there in the first place, and that Jackie didn't let anyone see the presidents head after it was shot. I didn't know she refused to change her clothes after the shooting and a bunch of other things. Gotta admit, I felt a bit ignorant and stupid having known so little about a pretty important day in American History.

Alpha House
I had seen the pilot of Alpha House when Amazon released it initially for us to all vote on a while ago. I voted for Amazon to make it into a series and was happy when it won.  The shows good. Did anyone watch it? Amazon released the first 3 episodes on Friday. They're all about 20 minutes long and they fly by. The show is about 4 Senators who live together in a house in Washington DC. They're all VERY different guys. Of course my favorite guy is Senator Andy Guzman from Florida played by the super gorgeous Mark Conseulos. Aside from the fact that he's HOT and shirtless a lot, he's actually really funny and a decent actor.  The rest of the cast isn't has hot of course, but they're all really good. You've got John Goodman playing a former football coach from the south who hasn't had to do very much until now.  Gotta give the guy credit, he had a scene in the shower where he went topless which took a lot of guts for a guy like him. Clark Johnson plays Senator Robert Bettencourt, whose under investigation but we're not exactly sure what he did yet. You can tell he's a back room deal kinda guy though. You'd probably recognize Clark from The Wire if you watched that show.  The 4th roommates the funniest.  Matt Malloy plays Senator Louis Laffer from Nevada. Pretty sure he's gay but he won the "Say No To Sodomy Award" which was hilarious. Amazon's releasing a new episode every week, so catch up when you can and let me know what you think.

NEWS & INFORMATION

-With everyone talking about Twitter, and Tweeting these days, you'd think we're all doing it, but that's not the case at all. Only 11% of Americans Tweet something every month based on a new chart I saw. Interestingly enough 40% of Twitter's monthly users NEVER Tweet at all.  The US ranks 8th in countries with the highest Twitter penetration. Who's number 1? Saudi Arabia. 33% of Saudi's Tweet something every month.

-I like Alec Baldwin...the actor, the talk show guest etc. but even I have to admit the guys got issues. I completely understand trying to protect your family from the paparazzi but things are out of control and now he's suspended from his new MSNBC talk show. Suspended? Really? How about letting him go on the air and TALK about it. NBC suspended him? Whatever. I can't believe the paparazzi still think we all want photos of him, his wife and his baby. I sorta feel like they're doing it JUST so they'll get a reaction from him at this point.  Anyway, no word yet on if he'll actually be back after his suspension ends. I liked his show. He's a good interviewer and hope he gets a shot to come back and discuss the situation. Otherwise, I'm guessing he's back to the Hamptons and podcasts.

- The Killing just won't die. You remember this one. It was cancelled by AMC after 2 seasons, then it came back and was cancelled again. Now Netflix is bringing it back to life once again. Not sure when it will premiere but the final 6 episodes will be the last. I'll post it once I have a date.

-I think I mentioned the new late night show on Comedy Central called @midnight. I checked it out a few weeks ago. I'm so not the target audience, but Chris Hardwick's really good and the show was funny. I knew it would do well and it is. It just got renewed for 40 more weeks. You heard it hear first, this ones going to be around a while. If you're a guy 18-34, I'm betting you'll like this one.

-Huge bidding war for The Simpsons resulted in the biggest off-network deal ever. FXX won the exclusive cable, VOD and digital rights to The Simpsons. Exact terms of the deal haven't been disclosed but estimates are 750 MILLION to a BILLION dollars for Matt Groening and everyone who has their fingers in it. There are currently 530 episodes and more coming since the shows already been renewed for its 26th season. The show will start airing on FXX this Summer.

-CBS has greenlit the How I Met Your Mother spinoff...How I Met Your Dad. Same team behind the show, Carter Bays and Craig Thomas but an entirely different cast and story. So it's not our current Mom's story from what I'm reading, it's just another some other woman's story. I'm kinda glad, I was wondering how it would work if we knew that Ted was the Dad at the beginning of the show. Got it...no Ted, new Mom.

-Glad it's not just me, Candy Crush Saga hit the 500 MILLION download mark on Friday. I'm still quietly obsessed. I'm on level 197, been there about a week and a half. 78% of U.S. users play while watching TV...I admit I do this SOMETIMES!
