THE SHOWS

The Talk
OMG soooo much fun watching my Brady's on The Talk yesterday. The women of The Talk donned 70's outfits and laid out the astroturf and orange stools and welcomed Florence Henderson who turned 80 years old and looks amazing. Funny that the youngest of the Brady's, Bobby, looked the oldest. Christopher Knight who's now 56 still looks incredible, in fact, he looks better now than he did before. We learned an interesting fact about the infamous "Oh My Nose" episode. Peter didn't actually throw the ball into Marcia's face, a prop guy did. We also learned that Bobby and Cindy used to make out in Tiger's doghouse when they weren't filming. Eve Plumb, aka Jan and Ann. B. Davis, aka Alice, both taped funny, loving messages for Flo. Interestingly enough there was some sort of drama with regard to Maureen McCormick's lack of participation, but my amazing Brady family didn't take the bait. They didn't say one bad thing about Marcia, Marcia, Marcia. In case you're wondering what everyone's doing:
Flo's doing guest appearances on Trophy Wife
Greg has a variety show in Branson MO
Peter's got a furniture company
Bobby sells decoritive concrete
Cindy produces webseries and has a talkradio show in LA

THE OTHER STUFF

Netflix released Season 2 of House of Cards today! So if you're all cooped up with nothing to do over the weekend and you're all caught up on Season 1 you're in luck. Get started now!

It's been a week since Amazon posted their newest round of pilots for all of us to vote on. Lots of great reviews for all the shows across the board. More than 85% of the ratings have been 4 or 5 stars and critics are also giving the shows a thumbs up. Amazon saw more than a 100% increase in the average number of streams per show since last years pilots were posted. I watched 3 of the 5 adult shows and enjoyed all 3 of them very much. Check um out when you have a chance and let me know what you liked and what you didn't.

The new Tonight Show website went live yesterday as did the Tonight Show App. I got hooked on the matching game in "Jimmy's Arcade" in between Candy Crush and losing my mind from boredom. I'm sure once the show launches next week it'll continue to get better and better with all sorts of different content being added to it. Didn't take much to impress me, I was losing it big time and anything Jimmy does is great as far as I'm concerned.

Announced yesterday...Drop Dead Diva's upcoming 6th season will be its last season. I've never seen this one but I know a bunch of you guys are big fans. Sorry to break the news guys. Enjoy the last season.

Andy Cohen and the Bravo peeps have come up with a fun idea. Real Housewives Awards! Unfortunately there's no red carpet or an actual award SHOW. So Housewives, don't put the stylists, hair and make up people on over time yet. You can start voting for your faves though. There are 12 Categories. Winners will be announced throughout the night on Sunday 3/23 with the final 2 awards presented on Watch What Happens Live that same night. Start voting now: http://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-awards

CW gave me some good news yesterday. Vampire Diaries will be back for another season as will Supernatural, Arrow, Originals and Reign. No word on Hart of Dixie, but I'm thinking it will be cancelled.

On a sad note, Pa Walton, Ralph Waite, passed away yesterday. Good Night Pa...RIP.

Friday's Trivia Question: What's this weeks theme?

Have a great weekend!
