THE SHOWS
Glee
Ever since Glee came back a few weeks ago the topic has been graduation and everyone leaving school. It's March 4th. Normally high school seniors don't get their caps and gowns until June. WTF is going on? The writers seem really confused. We already know that NEXT YEAR is Glee's last season, not this year. Tina Cohen Chang is having such anxiety over graduation that she got Blaine and Sam to actually re-enact The Breakfast Club and attempt a lock down in school. Why would anyone want to do that? Why not just a regular sleepover at someones house with a finished basement?  I don't know what it's like in Lima, but here in Tenafly NJ, no way could you just sneak into any of our schools, sneak into the principals office, and run all over the building in the middle of the night. It's apparently relatively easy to do in Lima, even Becky could break in and cast a major buzz kill over the gangs plans. Rachel and Santana were still fighting but made up by the time the credits rolled. 3 great songs from my past were performed this week: "Danny's Song" (name the artist) which I always get confused with "Annie's Song" (name the artist), and "Hold On" name the band. The episode ended with the amazing news that after being a virgin for EVER, Emma's pregnant.

The Goldbergs
OMG...Last nights Goonies episode was THE BEST EPISODE EVER! I loved the Goonies, my husband loved the Goonies, even my 12 year old son loves The Goonies. Who doesn't love the Goonies? Who didn't love Mikey, Brand, Data and Chunk? Who didn't attempt the Truffle Shuffle? How funny was the entire David Kim/Data thing? The shout out at the end was brilliant. I was singing right along with Cyndi Lauper's "Goonie's Are Good Enough".  I really hope that Adam Goldberg is at the ABC Upfront party this year and I get to meet him. Actually, him AND the entire cast especially Wendi McLendon-Covey. I need a selfie with her and I need to ask her who Covey is. Damn The Goldbergs is so freaking good. Has ABC officially renewed it for next year? They better have or I'm going to lose it.

Dallas
While I love Jesse Metcalf with the beard and the lumberjack plaid, I prefer the less is more look. Less facial hair, less clothing. If we have Josh and Jesse, lets SEE Josh and Jesse. The writers want to throw everything they can against these Ewings to prove how strong they can be. Cliff Barnes, Elena and Joaquin aren't enough, so Ryland bribed his way out of prison and then his daughter broke Angela Bauer out of the insane asylum. Seems like she's actually on his side rather than against him. She's a hot mess though. Crazy eyes, crazy hair, that cane. She's scary. Also scary, Bobby and his wife watching Duck Dynasty. I never thought the Ewings had time for TV. Gotta admit, I am LOVING the word fracking. The writers are having fun with it too. John Ross wants to frack Southfork but it's really Bobby and Christopher who are getting fracked.  See what I mean? JR's go-to-guy who's name is "Bum" is now following John Ross around for Sue Ellen. He had a great quote for John Ross: "Grow into your father's greatness, not his weakness." John Ross definitely won't listen at all to that one. Did you notice him drinking out of a tiny silver teacup? I guess it's better than Sue Ellen's flask.  Again with the TV/movie flask. Flasks are probably a pain in the ass and if you're hiding your alcoholism I'd say throwing a bottle in the recycling bin or just in the garbage is probably better than washing out your flask, letting it dry then re-filling it etc. If you want to get caught drinking...use a flask.

THE OTHER STUFF

-Attention Game of Thrones fans. HBO is hosting this crazy thing called "The Epic Fan Experience" on 3/20 at The Barclay's Center. It's a one night event where fans will get to see an advance screening of the premiere. There will be costumes, props, photos and the actual iron throne all on display.

- I''m actually looking forward to FOX's new mini-series, Cosmos. I've never seen the original and just heard that Nat Geo will be airing all 13 episodes this weekend. It ends Sunday at 7 and the new one starts at 9pm on all FOX Nets. Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, FOX, FX, FXX, FXM, Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2 and Fox Life.

Wednesday's Trivia Question: Not sure if I mentioned that this is a theme week and honestly, I think it's a hard one.  If you get it...you'll impress me big time. Name Rashida Jones character on Parks & Recreation
