THE SHOWS
The Goldbergs
Photo T-Shirts, The Apple 2, Donky Kong, Porky's, War Games, Cheap Trick and of course Madonna. Love my 80's. I didn't actually know anyone who could hack into the school computer and change my grades, but there were always rumors about kids who could. Adam was trying to be that kid just to get in with Barry and his friends who had formed the JTP (what did that stand for-bonus points) Bev was driving Erica crazy trying to be the cool Mom but come on, Bev IS the cool Mom, did you see her with that shmeared mole?  Name the song for even more bonus points.

Modern Family
Not the most hilarious episode and sort of a bit predictable. 2 couples for the house next door. The perfect couple got Dunphy'ed and the other family moved in. I read that Steve Zahn was heading to Modern Family so I knew that one. 2 teachers at Lily's school, the easy one and the hard one. Cam and Mitch moved Lily to the easy one after an awkward convo, Lily wanted to stay in the tough one's class, another awkward convo to get her back in. I read that Tyne Daly would be making a guest appearance,  so knew that one too. Didn't know anything about Earl, Jay's closet nemesis, but I did like his idea for the Sock-n-Roll. Every episode can't be a home run.

Black-ish
Excellent episode...week after week, even with Rainbow the over animated Mom of this family, the episodes just keep getting better and better. To spank or not to spank? To Whoop or not to whoop? Belt? Hot Wheels Track? Jack needed to learn a lesson. The hiding thing was freaking his parents out and had to stop but was a whooping the way to go? Well...the anticipation across the board was all any of us needed, right? The kids, Bo, Laurence Fishburn in a beautiful aqua button down and all of us were riddled with anxiety. (I know, I'm over doing it right? I wasn't RIDDLED, but you get the point)  Net/net, Dre couldn't do it, we were glad he couldn't BUT the point was made and I don't think Jack will hide again. Who am I kidding? He's an 8 year old boy, of course he will. He just won't get spanked. I say do what we do, take everything with a battery, a plug and a charger away, then see if the hiding stops. The hider, becomes the seeker! Seeker of his stuff. Totally digressed, I know.

Nashville
It must really suck when one of your lead actresses is pregnant and you have to TRY to hide it. We all know Hayden Panatierre is preggers and she really looked it last night. They tried to hide it and shoot her from the boobs up, but those things were big before and they seem to have gotten a whole lot bigger. All of her got a whole lot bigger. Happens to the best of us, even big Hollywood TV Stars. The kid thing is always a surprise on this show, isn't it? I see a theme here. Avery just found out he's going to be a Dad, Gunnar found out he already was a Dad which also happened to Deacon when he found out that Maddie was his kid. If all of those secrets were tough to keep, I'm assuming that it's only a matter of time before SOMEONE outs Will Lexington. Between the crazy wife, the angry trainer, the cab driver, Jeff and now Deacon, it can't stay a secret much longer, can it? Rayna was missing her girls so much, she had them flown in for a day of hugs and bowling. Sure that was cool, but Teddy won the parent round with pierced ears and highlights. Spa Day always wins! Looked like Connie Britton could have used a spa day herself. She had some major Botox free close-ups  that only she could get away with.  I love Nashville and I love the writers, but they REALLY need to figure out what to do with Scarlett. Now she's "collaborating" with a homeless guy? COME ON! Either write Scarlett out or give her SOMETHING to do already.

THE OTHER STUFF

-Thanks Bravo!!! More Below Deck for all of us! I knew we'd get a 3rd Season. I knew it. I am SO on a roll lately. The question is, who WILL come back for next years Charter Season and  when actually IS Charter Season? I need to start saving and get on that boat for a few days.

-Even though the show makes no sense, I love Red Band Society and was SO happy to see that FOX has ordered 4 more episodes. Doesn't mean we're all out of the woods yet, not a full season order or anything, but 4 more is still 4 more and none of the kids are goners yet.

-I've always wondered what happens AFTER the Shark Tank sharks make a deal. Not sure why I didn't think of it, but someone at ABC who's been paying attention to FX, Discovery and AMC came up with Beyond the Tank and now we'll know what happens after the deal is made. Duh...No brainer. Another ABC win, actually it's a win for all of the Shark Tank fans. Perfection.
