Downton Abbey
So much went on this week on Downton didn't it? Let's see where to begin? I guess the big wedding. I wasn't sure it would actually happen. Atticus's Dad wasn't thrilled he was marrying a shiksa and Rose's Mom showed up and sent a hooker in to Atticus's room to make things look unsavory. I didn't think they could develop photos that fast back then, and that Rose's Mom had those kind of connections. Good for Shrimpie and Atticus's Mom for putting their kids happiness first. Pretty mellow wedding overall, especially for a Jewish one. The only shrimp I saw at that wedding was Rose's Dad. Tom's planning on moving to Massachusetts to sell cars, I guess that makes sense, he did start out as the Grantham's mechanic, remember? Edith's become one of those Mom's I can't stand. I feel bad for Marigold, she sure isn't the cutest kid at Downton is she? She already has the frown thing working. Robert did the right thing at the memorial and included Mrs. Patmore's nephew and decided to sell the Dela Francesca painting and build some new cottages in town. He was having a good week even though he was also still mourning his dog Isis. He totally figured out that Marigold is his granddaughter. Now he's going to have to play with her too. Daisy's sticking around until she finishes her studies. (That could mean indefinitely, or until the shows final season) Two huge moments where I went WHAT???? First Prince Karagan propositioning Granny and then Anna getting arrested. I need to see Granny after she and the Prince do the nasty. Can you imagine Spratt making up the bed after that? Hilarious. Dinka's a drunk, that should make Spratt happy. So the big question for me is, with Tony marrying Mabel and Charles in Poland what's Lady Mary going to do? I keep hearing George Clooney's going to pop in, he'd be PERFECT for Lady Mary.

The Fosters
The problem with bingeing some shows is that you catch up to when the show jumps the shark, or becomes boring. I'm at that stage with The Fosters. Callie must have learned by now that telling Lena and Steph the truth is the only right answer and yet, she never does, makes all the wrong decisions but thinks it's the only way and hurts them in the end. I hate that she's going to live with Jack from Dawson's Creek to save her friend and Brandon. This whole time it's always been about staying with Jude, staying TOGETHER and now, that's out the window. Makes no sense. Neither does Mike adopting Anna's baby. Come on, no way a judge is turning her baby over to him and how's he going to manage that when he can't even manage Brandon? Give me a break. Nice to see Rosie O'Donnell and Girls United up and running again, but the nicest thing to see, and the only reason I'm still watching is Jesus's abs. He seems to always have his shirt off and is always working out. That keeps the Season Pass alive. I totally admit it.

THE OTHER STUFF

No big news items today and I went to bed early so I'm in Better Call Saul media blackout.
