• Lady Antebellum opened the show and Hillary Scott looked like she lost some weight. She was wearing super tight leather pants and looked awesome. One problem. She didn't sound that great. Do you think she could lose weight in her voice box? Do you think Charles Kelley looks like Ryan Gosling or Lance Bass?  I go back and forth.
• Brittany Snow and Erin Andrews hosted the show. I couldn't decide if Erin's bra was supposed to be seen or if it was a bit of a malfunction. Thoughts?
• How in the world does Carrie Underwood not BEG her husband to do something with that horrific hairstyle. He looks like he just left barbershop quartet practice.
• Best Collaborative Video: Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood "Something Bad's Gonna Happen" I love that song! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4Yzj-m_SBk Carrie looked damn good for having just had a baby, no?
• I love Hunter Hayes, but his pocket square was way too big for his body

• Triple Crown winning jockey was on hand and the crowd went wild. He was soooo tiny next to Erin Andrews. At first I didn't get the connection. Why was he there? Why was everyone freaking out? Then I realized...country/cowboys/horses...I get it.
• Ron White? Not sure who he really is. Country comedian? Came out with a cocktail and a crazy set of veneers. He definitely looked like a guy who's been in a ton of bar fights.

THE OTHER STUFF

-Pretty sure I'm around on Monday July 13th, need to check the calendar. I might have to head to Central Park. LL Cool J and Chrissy will be hosting a LIVE Lip Sync Battle that night. No idea who's competing, but I'm sure it's going to be good!  I'd be happy to throw my own hat in the ring. I could do a little "Since You Been Gone" or "Call Me Maybe" or maybe change things up a bit and do some Poison, "Talk Dirty to Me" Chrissy, LL, Spike…if ya need me, you know where to find me! 

-ABC's having some fun and thinking outside of the box…literally. The ABC Block Party is heading out to 6 cities with a 91 seat mobile cinema in a 53 foot double expandable trailer. They'll be making stops in Nashville, Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, San Diego and Sacramento and hold screenings of a bunch of their new shows. I wouldn't mind if they pulled into my driveway, my block party sucks!!! Could be kinda cool especially if the mobile cinema is air conditioned. People can take a break, cool off and get a sneak peek at ABC's best new offerings. I like it. Let me know if you're gonna be in any of these cities, I'll let ya know where to find the cinema mobile. 

-I think I may have to get on the Power bandwagon. I know a few of you guys are watching and I'm hearing some good things. It just got renewed for a 10 episode 3rd season on Starz so maybe I'll check it out. I do sort of like Fifty (pronounced FITTY) cent. Thoughts? Jump on or Jump off???

-When I heard that Showtime renewed Episodes for a 5th season, I tried desperately to remember how Season 4 ended, then I got it, Carol and her new job??? Pretty sure I'm right. I love Episodes, glad to hear the good news, especially for Matt LeBlanc, the guy is SO good in this one. Maybe he'll hook up with Carol and she'll go back to the team she started on. 

-Pretty sure we get the pattern now. The Voice keeps Adam and Blake and rotates in either Shakira, Xtina or Gwen and Usher or Pharrell. Season 9 will be:  Adam, Blake Gwen & Pharrell. Still won't get me to watch, but thought you'd want to know the second I heard the news. 

-Okay I got really stoked when I heard that Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Dawson's Creek would be heading to ABC Family. A) I've never seen Buffy and B) I LOVED Dawson's Creek. I might have to re-watch when it comes back into all of our lives on 6/22. "I Don't Wanna Wait…" You know you can hear it in your head right? 

-All I know is that Raven-Symone's agent or manager or whoever, deserves a big fat raise. Well, actually, since he or she probably gets a 10% chunk of Raven's dough, he/she probably just got himself a big fat raise. Raven-Symone is officially the new Co-Host on The View. If you recall, she was M.I.A. for a while and then, she was on Black-ish and then, Empire and now…she's co-hosting The View.

Thursday's Trivia Question: I honestly have no idea what happened last night, so I'm bagging the theme for today. I can do that...it's my blog. Where did Joey Potter work on Dawson's Creek?
