The Good Wife
I didn't think Alicia would last long staying at home, writing her memoir, sanding down doors and checking the clock to see if it was too early to have a glass of red wine. Good thing Eli had her calling her contributors to say "Thank You" or she wouldn't have gotten out of that hoodie and back into her court clothes. I don't remember Brett Taetro or that case that Alicia and Cary worked on but I liked all the flashbacks, and Alicia using Kalinda to help her win and get her court confidence back. I'm sure Kalinda wouldn't mind helping out her friend. That case was only 5 years ago but I guess we weren't using our phones to record anything then, it was still Dictaphones and cute little cassettes. I was wondering where Zach was. Do we know why Alicia hasn't spoken to him in a while? Alicia seemed so surprised that she doesn't have any friends. How could she? When her husband cheated, her friends split, then she was working like a dog, raising 2 kids, and dealing with Peter's annoying Mom and her "thing" with Will. No time to meet Sally for drinks or go on a spa weekend somewhere. I honestly don't think it's a good idea for Alicia and Finn to be partners unless we find out that he's gay or something. It's just going to be trouble if they are sleeping together and preparing for trial. I love Finn, but I think he should turn Alicia down unless he has some friends with nice wives or girlfriends he could introduce her to. Then, maybe it might be a good idea just so Alicia could meet someone to go get her nails done with.
Game of Thrones
Note to self...take the allergy medicine AFTER watching Game of Thrones and not before. This shows tough to keep track of, not a good idea with a ton of decongestant fogging your brain up. Apologies in advance if I've screwed anything up here. Do you think Peter Dinklage gets annoyed when his fellow actors have to pick him up? Jorah scooped him up and threw him on that boat like he was a bag of potatoes. Tyrion figured out Jorah's story pretty quick. Can't believe another episode went by and Tyrion and Dani STILL haven't met. Dani needs help badly now. That unsullied guy and the older dude are dead from that crazy battle with the gold mask guys. You'd think the masks would be a hindrance, no? Their death is actually good news for Tyrion and Jorah as maybe Dani'll be happy to see them no. Down 2 guys then back up 2 guys. Reminds me of that Seinfeld where he was always even Steven, remember that? Dani still has the super hot guy from Nashville (and Age of Adeline) though. Quite a threesome if you ask me! Back in Kings Landing, Cersei and the High Sparrow were working together to undermine Marjorie and the baby king. He still hasn't really grown a pair so with Marjorie's bro locked up, she headed home to her Mommy. Baylish's place got trashed, lots of dead naked people and more eunuchs in town now. Stanis had a pretty touching convo with his daughter while his crazy red haired chick let Jon Snow feel her boobs. The guys got willpower doesn't he? He turned her down for a dead girl and a vow. Impressive.
The Royals
I feel like this show isn't getting the buzz or the credit it deserves. I've actually been watching from the beginning but never on Sunday when the originals air. I'm always behind, and didn't think I should include it in my posts, but I need you guys to get on the bandwagon and discuss it with me. It's really pretty good. The entire cast is awesome. Elizabeth Hurley especially and of course Liam and Ophelia are the couple we are rooting for. Joan Collins showed up last week looking pretty good. I keep expecting James Bond or the guys from Strike Back to show up since they keep talking about Mi5, but no such luck. The King was attacked last week and hasn't made an amazing recovery yet, so Liam was about to become the temporary King when the world found out that both he and his sister aren't the King's kids. DNA test please! Of course there was a twist...The King's wife and bro were behind the entire scheme with hopes of saving the monarchy. The King's bro is a total d*ck, not sure why Elizabeth Hurley wants him in power other than to stay Queen longer. Cyrus reminds me of Chuck from Gossip Girl. Whatever happened to him?

It's been on longer than I've been in this business and will probably be on when I leave it. Congrats on the 27th and 28th seasons. What are the chances another show comes along that lasts for 29 years?
