There has to be a good reason for me to NOT watch Big Brother or Suits and I have one. My son's baseball team made the playoffs. They won their first game and last night was their second. They've lost to this team twice before. They were down 12-4 in the 7th inning. With 2 outs, they came back to win 13-12. I've been to a million games over the course of my motherhood and this was by far the craziest game, craziest comeback, I've ever seen. To celebrate, the team went to Hooters. I promised my son I wouldn't watch BB or Suits without him. So I only watched the 2 episodes of Live with Kelly with Fred Savage, some of the ESPY's and Comedians in Cars. I gotta think at this point, that Fred's the frontrunner. He's a natural, Kelly loves him, you can tell he wants the job, Art Moore took him to the Four Seasons, his entire family is coming to NYC for their "vacation." I would think that they'd want to announce it soon so that Fred can spend August finding a house and getting his kids into the Tenafly school system so that I can stalk him at The Farmhouse while he's eating a salad. -Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee
I reallllllly thought that Jerry and Lorne Michaels would be a great CiCGC but other than the car chat, I really didn't like this one at all. First of all, there was no coffee. Just some salad which felt wrong. Alllllll bad. Second, Lorne isn't actually a Comedian, and...he's not really that funny. Third, Lorne seemed to be a pretentious, name dropping, one upper. Fourth, Of alllllll the places in NYC they could have not had coffee, the were the only two people at the Monkey Bar. I'd argue that this episode was one of the worst ones ever. -TLC's 2nd Baby Story Live Birth on Facebook delivered 3MM viewers. That's the headline I kept seeing. I thought that just sounded ridiculous to me. 3MM sounded wayyyyy to high to me. There are 3MM people who want to watch someone deliver a baby? I hated childbirth, I just assumed most people did too. After digging in a bit, there were 9 separate live videos that EACH had almost 280,000 views so the same crazy people watched all 9, not 3MM unique viewers. Whewww, there are only 280,000 weirdos who want to watch the live birth of a stranger.
-Yeah! Catastrophe is coming back to Amazon for another Season! I don't talk about this show enough. Super funny and one of the only shows I actually am ok with the accents.
