-Nick Lachey announced that he and Vanessa Minnillo are expecting a baby on LIVE WITH KELLY yesterday. Nick was Kelly's co-host and I guess I have never seen him host with Kelly before (remember I didn't really pay much attention to LIVE until Regis left in November)  I have always loved Nick and today was no exception.  He and Kelly unintentionally wore, what looked like Easter Sunday church outfits...but still no necklace.  Do you think that maybe someone over at LIVE reads this blog?  If they do and you are reading this today...THANK YOU for losing the necklace!

-The awesome chair portion of THE VOICE is over and the battle rounds have now begun and you know what that means...the judges finally have new outfits...but did you see Christina?  The boobs, the flying saucer studded reflector hat...it was worth the wait...it really was.  Adam's Mr. Rogers sweater was working for him and for me.  CeeLo just swapped out his black varsity jacket for his red one and Blake went with all black. The guest mentors seemed to mentor for 10 seconds...Robin Thicke, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Jewel, Lionel Richie, and Baby Face showed up long enough to give some tips and then split, but Anthony Evans & Jessie Campbell’s battle was amazing…Even Alicia Key’s Tweeted in during the show how much she loved their performance of “If I Can’t Have You”.  If you didn’t catch it…here you go!

-BETHENNY's driver Dwayne is hilarious...I don't know where she finds these people...this guy truly could have his own show.  You don't understand anything he says but that's why he's funny.  I am not liking the tension between Bethenny and Jason.  You can see that the staff feels uncomfortable too…Look Jason, Bethenny isn’t easy, and you walked in with your eyes wide open…so please figure it out and get back to the fun stuff…thanks.

-I knew TERRA NOVA would be cancelled…ta dah I was right!  Cancelled!  Not shocking news is it?

-I’m old school so the new 90210 does nothing for me, but because I am old school, I am also into The Backstreet Boys, (make fun all you want…I can take it) so when I heard that Nick Carter was going to do a guest appearance I just had to add the show to my Tivo que next week…I saw the Boys last year when they were here and they were awesome…Nick is of course my favorite Backstreeter…

-Did you guys happen to see the 3 minute Cartier commercial during Sunday's CELEBRITY APPRENTICE?  It was a mini movie, really amazing.  I have no idea how much a 3 minute spot would cost, probably the same amount as the jaguar diamond bracelet...but here it is for you...for free:

-The 2012 TV LAND AWARDS, honoring classic television, film and music icons, will return to New York City and be hosted by none other than...Kelly Ripa. Kelly hosted the show once before in 2007. This year, the show celebrates its 10th anniversary on Saturday April 14th, and will honor Aretha (R.E.S.P.E.C.T find out what it means to me) Franklin with the Music Icon Award.  More honorees will be announced in coming weeks and of course I will let you know who they are.

-NEW FEATURE ALERT:  Every Tuesday I will now provide, The Top 5 Most DVR’ed shows for the previous week.  Here they are:
MODERN FAMILY
BIG BANG THEORY
GLEE
GREY’S ANATOMY
NEW GIRL

-I do like Jimmy Kimmel, but not in a sleepover Fallon kind of way, so I will give him a high five for being the first late night show to have his YouTube channel surpass the half-billion views milestone. “JKL” launched the show’s YouTube channel 3 years ago and had huge hits with “I’m F@*#ing Ben Affleck,” “Handsome Men’s Club,” & the "Hottie Body Hump Club”.  If you have never seen the Ben Affleck classic, check it out below…but I am guessing that my Jimmy (you know which one people) will be breaking some sort of record like this soon…Our sleepover video will go viral and break this record…guaranteed!

-The top 25 most viral news sources worldwide on Facebook and Twitter were released over the weekend and I personally found them pretty surprising…as you know…I don’t do news (unless you call Oprah interviewing Bobbi Kristina news) but if I did, none of the top 10 sources on the list would be where I would go first.  For news, I use Yahoo or CNN.  Here are the top 5…the rest of the list is available on(seeing a trend here?).

-Speaking of Twitter and Facebook…Facebook's U.S. user growth rate is slowing down and Twitter's is rising.  eMarketer estimates that the Facebook’s growth rate rose only 13.4% in 2011, down from the 38.6% they witnessed in 2010. (Couldn’t that be though that EVERYONE has a Facebook page now so only those slow to adoption are now the ones finally joing?) eMarketer expects the percentage to dip into the single digits in 2012. In comparison, Twitter's growth hit 31.9% in 2011, compared to 23.5% in 2010. The estimate does expect Twitter's growth rates to fall as well; however, they will still remain about four times that of Facebook's rate in 2014. These estimations from eMarketer are largely due to the relatively small size of Twitter when compared to the behemoth that is Facebook, which boasted almost 133 million U.S. users at the end of 2011 (which is expected to surpass 150 million by 2014). In comparison, Twitter's U.S. user base stood at 24 million at the end of 2011 (expected to reach 37.6 million by 2014).
