PARKS & RECREATION
I feel like I owe you guys an apology.  I didn't list Parks & Rec in my "What I'm Watching" section for last night, but that's really because I forgot all about it.  This is the beauty of the Tivo Season Pass...I didn't miss the episode!!!  Who misses an episode of anything though these days? Anyway, I truly despise Jason Schwartzmann and have no idea why anyone likes him at all, so I was annoyed that he infiltrated one of my favorite shows on TV. As Dennis, the owner of the Pawnee Video Dome that's about to go out of business.  Leslie didn't want to see this place go so she figured out that if you declare the store a landmark he could get government money to turn things around.  Ron was dead set against this as he's obviously against government bailouts.  In this case (and in most) Ron's right...Dennis turned the Video Dome into a porno palace and business turned around in 15 minutes. So now the town of Pawnee is the proud owner of a porno shop. Tom's Rent A Swag business is doing great though. So much so that he hires John Raffio's super horrible sister, Mona Lisa. Best part of the show though was Ann Perkins and April's fake friendship week. April needed a favor from Ann Perkins and all Ann wanted her friendship in return.  Hilarious and of course poignant at the same time.  Ann and April went for  mani/pedi's, had matching braids done, and then sung Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" while waiting for Chris's decision on whether or not he'd donate his sperm to Ann...the answer...YES!!!  This storyline alone will keep me going for a long time.  A real recap of how awesome this episode was is just "too big to nail".

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES
I thought I was over it, I thought I had moved on, but nope, I'm still really bummed about Jeremy Gilbert's death on Vampire Diaries.  It's been what 2 weeks? I was hoping that this episode, the first one since his death was official to us all would be upbeat and fun and maybe some shirtless Salvatore's.  They tried, but with Elena's humanity turned off and her not giving a crap about anyone or anything we are all left feeling empty with her.  They gave us cheerleaders and a high school party, they even gave us a shirtless Klaus to try and make us feel better, but it just wasn't good enough.  Elena and all of us need to feel again.  Cure, no cure whatever, lets get back to business people.  I need the old Elena back and I need her to pick a brother and take his shirt off and fight Silas when he gets to Mystic Falls. (You know he's coming).   I need Caroline to stop talking to Tyler's voicemail, put on her cheerleading outfit and go take Klaus and I need Bonnie back to using her powers because we're going to need them to deal with Silas.  I'm hoping that this happens soon.  Looks like next week Damon and Elena are partying in NYC, let's hope it does the trick for us all.

GLEE
Mr. Shu hasn't gotten over Finn kissing his fiance (would you in a couple weeks? Didn't think so), so the kids assigned them to a singing duel because sing offs solve all problems at McKinley High School and we must have a theme for the week, so this weeks was "feuds".  While I love a good boy band, Bye Bye Bye and I Want it that Way aren't the most masculine songs in the world to settle a score.  Who comes up with this stuff? With Catfish being the hot thing of the moment, looks like Ryder might be getting played.  He has a secret online friend who he's never met.  Of course she's the perfect girl and now he wants to meet her and she suddenly is offline.  Care to make a prediction as to who he/she could be?  Rachel's not preggers thank god, so now she and Kurt can kick the super angry Santana out of the very crowded loft once and for all.  Of course before she left, Santana found out Brody's paying for school by gigoloing (my word), sang Paula Abdul's "Cold Hearted Snake" and brought Finn to kick Brody's ass and defend his "future wife's" honor.  I'm pretty sure that Santana could have done that all by herself but since flights from Lima to NYC seem cheap and easy to come by he was able to get there in a commercial break. Back to the feuding theme...Ryder out of the blue had an issue with Wade/Unique and settled that one by singing Elton John's "Bitch is Back" and Madonna's "Dress You Up With My Love".  Eh...didn't love it.  It was one of Sue's Dr. Jekyll weeks.  These weeks target was Blaine Devon Anderson (I'm guessing someday in a Trivia contest we will need to know Blaine's middle name). She needs him back on the Cheerios, he's not interested so they settle their feud with Sue in an insane Nicki Minaj costume and Blaine singing Mariah Carey.  Again...ehhhh.  2 Light bulb moments...Finn realized he's true calling is to be a teacher and I realized that dooshbag is no longer a curse word since it's apparently okay to say from 9-10pm on primetime TV.
