-Everything went pretty smoothly
last night and I was able to get quite a bit of viewing in…I want to thank my
doctors office for not having a packed waiting room when I arrived and for the
first time ever, getting me out of there in under 15 minutes…YEAH!
-Quick Kelly update…PERFECTION all
around for Kelly yesterday. Great dress,
great hair and I love the fact that she is now tweeting photos of her outfit
prior to the show. Kyle MacLaughlin was
the co-host. So not a fan of his…never was and apparently whoever put the weird
hair color into Alec Baldwins’ hair, also put it in Kyle’s yesterday…it looked
awful. Like I said not a fan.
-Okay, I did Tivo and view the
premiere of SHAH’S OF SUNSET on Bravo. This show features a group of Persian
friends who grew up in Beverly Hills. It’s one of those shows that if I had
nothing better to do, of course I’d watch it…but honestly it didn’t get a Season
Pass from me. There was not one person
on the show that I wanted to see again.
Sure it’s another group of very wealthy, sort of snobby people, but I just
didn’t connect with them the way I would need to in order for it to get the
esteemed Season Pass award. There is one
girl very beautiful girl named GG who is a spoiled snob, doesn’t work and just
shops all day long. She never wears an
outfit twice. She is so annoying and
just not interesting to watch...I am guessing that Ryan Seacrest thought she
would be the star of the show…the thing is…she is a b@tch, but an unlikable
one. I think that’s the problem here.
-Next up…THE VOICE. Lots of great
battles, really great talent and I agreed with all of the choices by the
judges. The judges are the stars of this
show…they really are. Their faces, and
their commentary are amazing. I cannot
believe that Blake had never heard the Nirvana song “Heart Shaped Box” but what
made it so interesting and him even more appealing, is that he admitted it and
came clean right from the get-go.
Christina’s sparkly flying saucer headband was still on, but it didn’t
matter because all you cared about the entire time she was on the screen was…ARE
THOSE BOOBS GOING TO FALL OUT OF THAT OUTFIT?”.
I don’t even understand how they stayed in…duct tape…crazy glue? CeeLo apparently has quite a collection of
satin jammies which he wore during the mentor sessions, with little gold lame
slippers…I need to see that guys closet.
Prop cat made some dough last night with a very small appearance…but hey
a bag of kitty litter is pricey these days.
I assume that Jewel is pregnant…did I miss that? Need to check my People magazine or something…if
she isn’t than what the heck happened to her?
-I am really not liking BETHENNY
without Jason and I especially don’t like it when they are “on the rocks”. Jason was only in the last 5 minutes of the
show last night and I was bored without him quite frankly. Note to the producers and the network…hard to
have a cliffhanger moment if you reveal it in the coming attractions…obviously
we knew that Jason gets on the boat with the doctor, because A) you guys showed
it in the scenes and B) it was all over the news.
-My new favorite couple is ICE and
COCO…I just absolutely love them. Last
night’s show started out with Coco boxing in…pretty much nothing…normally it
would annoy me, but there is just something so funny about her that you just
want to hug her. Coco has been diagnosed
with high blood pressure and goes to a nutritionist (after eating at THE BEST
BURGER PLACE EVER-SHAKE SHACK) who tells her that pretty much everything she
eats is bad for her. When she goes home
to clean out the house of all the food that ICE loves from the gas station down
the street…his face is priceless…especially when she dumps the Kool-Aid. I had
no idea people still drank Kool-Aid. They
are the best.
-I heard Howard Stern complaining
about who THE BACHELOR selected last night…means nothing to me since I don’t
watch any dating shows (see all the WWTM rules on the blog)…but for all you
BACHELOR lovers…let me know what you thought…if I get enough comments, will write something up…I promise.
