Monday's with Adam, Shakira, Blake and Usher are just too much fun. This season is SO much better than the first 3. Usher's so adorable and the only word that I can come up with to describe him is...sparkly. No idea why he sits with his leg up on the chair all the time, but Blake calls him out on it which just adds to the antics that we all love. Shakira was speaking a ton of Espanol to the contestants last night, so now we have subtitles which doesn't annoy me at all, I actually kind of like it and hopefully its just bringing a broader audience to the show. Of course the Adam/Blake bromance continues to flourish. These two are the cutest things ever. The judges are all still in the same clothes which bugs the blank out of me, but that's the only thing about this show that does. There were a lot of great singers last night, but I felt really bad for Julie Roberts. Julie's debut country album went gold and then she just disappeared. She auditioned last night and nobody turned around. When Blake saw who it was he felt really bad. I think everyone did. I really liked the Swon Brothers who opened the show with Tom Petty's "American Girl". Again, the singers are really secondary. It's all about the judges.

Vikings I really hope you guys DVR Vikings on the History Channel. It's SO good and really easy to understand. My new fave guy, Ragnar Lothbrook is one kick ass warrior. So is his wife. The Lothbrooks are in serious trouble though. The Earl, Gabriele Byrne, was already threatened by Ragnar and his success finding new lands and treasures but then he got really pissed when his bastard brother was killed by Ragnar's kick ass wife after he tried to rape her. Gabe tried to arrest Ragnar and bribe his bro Rollo to turn against him, but that didn't happen. Gabe had his men burn down Ragnar's house and kill all his livestock. The entire family escaped but Ragnar got hurt in the battle. They ended up at that freaky guy, Flockie's house to recover and regroup. Ragnar's plotting and planning and I'm guessing he's going to kick Gabriele Byrne's ass. In the middle of all of this Viking stuff, there are these deep conversations between Ragnar and his family and the priest they took on as a slave about the differences in their gods and their beliefs. You guys should tune in. I bet you love it. I'd love it more if Ragnar chopped wood with less clothes on, but that's really my only critique.
Dallas
I'm all caught up on Dallas. I was really behind on that one. It's getting so good too. I prefer when the Ewings are all working together instead of against one another and ever since JR's death they've had to band together big time. Things are really bad for them right now. The methane rig blew up with all of them on it. Christopher & Pamela's twins died from the blast. Wait til Pamela finds out her Daddy's the one who ordered the explosion. Harris Ryland and Cliff Barnes are working together to take the Ewings down. They had the Six Million Dollar Man, Steve Austin, helping them out but I'm pretty sure that he's going to flip to the Ewings side now that Steven Weber, the governor forced him to resign. The key to everything is finding or not finding Victoria Principal. She owns 1/3 of Barnes Global. If she's dead, then Christopher gets her 1/3, if she isn't she's still trouble for Cliff especially when she finds out he blew up her grandbabies. In the mean time the Ewings need some oil bad and right now all of their rigs are shut down. Where's JR when you need him?

News & Information:
-It's Spring...you know what they say, out with the old and in with the new. AMC's taking it literally. I didn't see it Sunday night because I was watching Game of Thrones, but apparently, AMC changed its on air branding right before The Walking Dead finale aired. New logo and new tag line. Instead of "Story Matters Here" we now have "Something More". With Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead coming out of AMC, I'd agree that there definitely is something more on the network these days, so I'll go with it.
-Smart move on AMC's part to reveal the new logo and slogan prior to The Walking Dead season finale. The show delivered 12.4 million viewers and 8.1 million A18-49. This was the shows largest audience ever. Walking Dead was number one for the night and for the week even though final numbers aren't in. The series season average was number one for the broadcast season against RA18-49 for all of television. It out delivered everything else including: The Big Bang Theory, The Voice, Game of Thrones and Modern Family.
-Sunday's premiere of Game of Thrones delivered 4.4 million viewers. This is up 13% over last years premiere. It was also up vs. the season 2 finale. Across all 3 telecasts Sunday night, 6.7 viewers tuned in. I'm betting some of those are doubles like me who watched twice to figure stuff out that they missed or didn't catch the shows amazing but really hard to keep track of. They say reading the books helps, but I doubt I'd even get through them, they're like a million pages and no pictures. Never gonna happen.
-More big ratings on cable Sunday night with The Bible's finale on History Channel. 11.7 million viewers watched the finale. 3.8 million A18-49 tuned in which was up 14% from last week! During the 9-10 hour of The Bible, the show had more viewers than The Walking Dead. They had 12.29 million and The Bible had Easter on its side generating 12.32 million viewers. I guess that explains the low broadcast numbers Sunday night huh?
-I don' think it will really matter, which may not be good for Cory Monteith to hear right now in his fragile state, but the fact that he won't be in the final two episodes of Glee won't be that big a deal. Apparently Cory's addicted to something other than Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy Ice Cream and has decided to go to rehab instead of regionals this year. As we learned last week, the Glee club can pretty much run itself these days so I doubt Cory's disappearance will have any affect on the show. Hey, Matthew Morrison left for like a year right? Nobody seemed to notice. I say let Becky run the club she'll probably do just as good as Finn or Mr. Shu and it would really piss Sue off big time.
-You guys know how much I love Jimmy Fallon right? I mean I love him in a non-sexual way. I think he's talented and hilarious, I mean I could go on and on, but I'm nauseous from this bit. I read that it was my FBFF's idea and I'm bummed if it was. I get it, they both don't want to look like the bad guy in all of this, but the fact it that this bit gave me doosh chills and made me sick. Sorry bud...the thing about a BFF is that they're honest and give it to you straight. This was horrible.

-I know nothing about the show Buckwild on MTV, but one of its stars, Shain Gandee, was found dead along with 2 other people in a vehicle in West Virginia. Production of Season 2 has been shutdown at this point.
